[RESOLVED] No images after upgrade -> 1.4.7.0

Hi,

 

I use now Prestashop 1.4.7.0.

I just apply the upgrade as usual, but i the images do not work.

 

- Rights on /img : 755

- I use the old image system (should i use the new one ?)

- I force the compilation, and i have disabled the cache.

- I have generated a new htaccess

 

 

Can somebody help me ?

what was your previous ps version ? did you made a manual upgrade or did you used a module ?

- My last version was 1.4.6.2 (the last stable version before 1.4.7.0)

- I did a manual upgrade, as official documentation.

are you sur to have followed each steps of the manual upgrade, specially related to the img dir ?

- I copied /img from old Prestashop, to the new one. I put the 755 rights on /img.

- I force the compilation, and i have disabled the cache.

- I have generated a new htaccess

Hi,

 

thanks for giving me your access. You have to copy all previous img directory to the new one. (I see only the 4 firsts directories 1 2 3 4 in your current dir, and all is present in your backup dir).

Oh, i see.

 

I used cp linux command to copy the folder, and i had some issues.

 

I copy it by ftp, and it's OK now.
