Google Checkout Order - Payment Received no Order History or Invoice

I have made a purchase from my store using google checkout.

 

I received an order receipt from google checkout and a Purchase Receipt for Order was sent to my shop's email account but the back office does not show the order.

 

Also in customers > shopping carts

 

Order information shows :

No order created from this cart.

 

When I check My Orders from the store Order History shows no orders.

 

I don't have these problems when paying by PayPal.
