Sometimes prices are displayed w/o tax

Hi,

 

I am having difficulties with my Prestashop. Visitors who have visited my site some weeks ago is now seeing prices without taxes. Users that clear their cookies, or haven't visited some time ago is seeing the prices correctly.

 

 

I have tried:

• Clearing smarty and smarty v2 cache
  
• Forcing clearing of users cookie, this helps for a day or two, but then the problem arises again.
  
• Turned off cache
  
• Had "force compile" on for a few days.
  
• Changed some of the product-overview URL's.
  
• Recreated Tax rules
  
• Verified that taxes is on for all European countries
  
• Added and removed "www" in cookie subdomain
  
• Recreated .htaccess
  
• Tried caonical URLS on and off
  
• Turned "Check IP on cookie" on and off
  

None of the above seems to work. The problem is various browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome). All visitors reporting the problem is from Danish IP's.

Hello, new to this but I'm having the same problem.

 

My prices were displayed correctly including tax but now although it says VAT included it isn't included. Have just spent an entire day re-checking all my tax/customer/country settings to no avail. Deleted my shop cookie from my computer (Mac Lion/Safari) after reading this post and all prices display correctly again (including VAT).

same here even stranger .. on Mac in firefox the prices are shown without tax and in safary and chrome with tax .. prestashop 5.3.3, did you find a solution?
