Problem with order

Hello,

 

I´ve got a problem with orders in my PrestaShop.

 

Example:

I bought 2 pieces of XXX and 1 piece of YYY. iPod was added to order after it (but I don´t sell iPods!) . Then (another order) I bought one ZZZ and when I look into my order summary (after order) my order was: 2 pieces of XXX, one YYY and one ZZZ.

Do you know where is the problem?

 

In Czech:

Mám vytvořený testovací účet na objednávky. Objednal jsem si 5 ks produktu XXX a do objednávky mi ve výsledku (v administraci v přehledu nových objednávek, na emailu ne) přibyl 1x iPod a 1x Écouteurs (...).

Tak mě tedy napadlo, zda-li to není chyba produktu. Objednal jsem tedy jiné zboží (1ks YYY) a v objednávce byl navíc 1 ipod, 1 Écouteurs a 5 ks XXX. Nevíte, kde je problém? Přijde mi, jestli to není něco s databází, ale vážně nevím.

Is the site live? do you have a link?

 

I seem to remember a similar problem while under development. Try switching Force Compile to Yes, and cache to off in preferences > Performance, and clear our all caches

I tried what you say and it doesn´t work

I´ve never seen this type of problem.

Sorry I can;t help. I had the problem when I first installed
