Is there a "category page builder" module?

To improve SEO I would like to be able to build a variety of custom pages (e.g. Women's Hiking Gear or Kids Summer Range) which is basically like a category, except it blends multiple categories, brands and other rules (e.g. rule 1: from a few female specific brands, rule 2: all items where colour is pink, rule 3: all meta tags that read "womens").

 

Basically it would be a module that allows you to populate the products based on a number of predefined criteria.

 

So superficially, it would look just like any other category or manufacturer page, however how it is generated would be completely different.

 

Does this exist?
