Adding info about products

Hi! How do I add own/new attributes to goods? I added checkbox in AdminProducts.php near to "show price", added a string in the function copyFromPost, a string in AdminImport.php, declared the variable and duplicated string with show_price by my goal in the Product.php, created a column in the database (table ps_product).

When i trying to save unit in Backoffice/Catalog with checked new checkbox, i get error: "the field * is invalid", (* - the name of my checkbox). What did I miss?
