[solved] Auto update module not active

Hi,

 

For the new 1.4.7.0 version i wanted to try the auto update function. But the problem is that i cannot install the module. When i go to tools - update section the error is

 

[TECHNICAL ERROR] ajax-upgrade.php is missing. please reinstall or reset the module

 

I looked in the module folder and there is only a ajax-upgradetab.php.

 

Can someone help?

Solved my own problem

 

The reason the module will not install is that the rights of the admin/autoupdate folder must be 775 or 777. When you click install in the module section on the admin page the script copies ajax-upgradetab.php to the admin/autoupdate folder. If the folder is not writable the script fails.

 

I think this should be checked in the script.
