k1lla1337 Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Hello dear Prestashop Users, i've bought the Western Union Module for my Prestashop, and i tried an test-order to check if the module work. but i get this message : " Fatal error (OrderHistory -> id_order_state is empty)" i already contacted the developer but i hope to get from forum a faster answer . i already used google and saw much people got that error message but nobody at "Western union Module" so im the only one thats make me sad because i dont know how to solve . could someone help me ? i would be so glad PS: I tried deinstall and install new, i added the ID at Order -> Satus, and on the Database "ps_order_state" its show me its there. biggest hopes daniel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hi man, can you be a bit more specific please. I have the same issue. I need to associate a status with a new payment method. Where exactly did you type in the 1? Tell us the file name and the line # or simply copy paste the whole script so we all can see where you added that 1... Thanks, much appreciated!!
