rturner
The default behavior for catalog mode is no shopping cart buttons, no prices, etc. Yet, whether it's a template thing or something I changed a while back, I can't figure out how to get rid of the prices on the thumbnails page. Once you click through to the main product page all cart/pricing is gone; it works fine. Sample: http://www.ecg.com/new/en/33-nature I've been poring over the product.tpl and product-list.tpl in my theme area looking for some "show price" wording that is missing the : !$PS_CATALOG_MODE {if $product->show_price AND !isset($restricted_country_mode) AND !$PS_CATALOG_MODE} Everything seems fine. Anyone run into this?
rturner
I couldn't find anything that would continue to show prices while in catalog mode, so I ended up replacing my theme product.list.tpl with the same file from the stock prestashop theme. Now when in catalog mode, everything works: no prices no cart buttons. If anyone else has a wholesale only site like me, my goal was to show all products but no prices to visitors. Once the account gets approved, they login and the wholesale prices show. I found a paid-module that works quite well. It basically sets your site into catalog mode until an approved customer logs in. Here's the link
