guest* Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 Please can somebody explain me how return works ? It seems that it is not working for me. My settings: activate returns: yes Return days: 9 Order is set to sent on 06.02., today customer wants to return the good. I logged in as superuser into their account and when I go to the order I have no possibility to check there a return or something else. The 9 days hasn't expired. Must there be a special status on the orders so that customer can use this feature ? Isn't it order sent ? EDIT: It's solved. It seems that my template is not up-to-date...
