Prestashop. 1.4 Country is not showing on one page checkout page

I have a strange problem with the check out page the field "country" is not showing on the onepage checkout page.

 

I have tried to switch back to the original theme but it still dont show the country field.

 

Is there an option where I can turn it on and off ?

 

So right now I cant finish the purchase becaue country is a required field.

Most likely you do not have shipping set correctly or the default carrier is not set correct.
