Field does not appear retail price by creating Article

Before using version 1.3.7 and various technical issues, rather than upgrading what I have done is to install a new paragraph 1.4.6.2 version, installing well and without problem, but I started to create items and not PVP is a field with the VAT and the price included to give the article, are the fields:

- Wholesale Price without VAT:

- Retail Price without VAT:

I found a post where he says that to calculate the price without VAT of the article from the VAT price, divide the price with VAT from 1.04, it is no problem. But ... Does anyone know why not leave the field of VAT already included PVP?

Because my items are books, and the price of books is set by law (at least here in Spain) and as the mess with prices can have a serious problem.

Do you leave the field to you?
