Filter module

Hi,

 

i was looking for an addon to filter search results; i've analyzed each filter module in filter's category but i can't find any module fit my requirements 101%.

 

My question is:

 

i found the filter in store addons page (you can see in attached image) and it seems working excellent. Someone knows which is this module? and where i can get/buy this one?
