Freelance prestashop developer wanted

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a freelance prestashop developer to build the following functionality for a Prestashop 1.4.2.5 installation:

 

1. A pop-up window that forces the user to choose his/her currency when they land on the site for the first time. Currencies available are USD, EUR and INR.

 

2. Restrict payment modules by counties: I want cash-on-delivery payment module to only be available to certain pincodes/counties.

 

Would like to get this done over the next 2 weeks.
