Santscho
[sOLVED] First my Settings: Country Singapore: Belongs to Zone Singapore Carrier "SingPost": Zone Singapore, Default Group, Carrier enabled, Apply shipping costs Weight range for Carrier "SingPost", Zone Singapore: 0.0kg to 0.1kg | 0.2kg to 0.3kg | 0.4kg to 0.5kg | .... Price for Carrier "SingPost", Zone Singapore, 0,2kg to 0.3kg: 1$ Shipping Address Customer: Singapore I add 1 piece of the product to the shopping cart (total weight 0.3kg) "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address appears". Checkout not possible I add 2 pieces of the product to the shopping cart (total weight 0.6kg) Carrier "Singpost" is available, checkout possible. Then I changed the product weight to 0.25kg. When I add 1 product to the cart, Shipping works. When I add two products to the cart (totally 0.5kg), carrier is not available. I tried also following product weights: 1 product 0.35kg: carrier available 2 products (totally 0.7kg): carrier not available I suspect that there is something wrong with my weight range settings. But I have the weight range for international carrier in the same way/steps. The International carrier is always available when I change the shipping address from Singapore to an other country. Very Strange. Edited February 3, 2012 by Santscho (see edit history)
