Contact us does not work

Hello to all,

 

since few days i am getting on my contact us site following message :-(

 

 

There is 1 error :

• an error occurred while sending message
  

 

 

 

 

I am using Presta 1.3.2.3

 

Please for help

we can not receive message from contact form.

test mail works. received test mail every time in [email protected]

sender received response email with logo from [email protected]

can not receive massage even sender received response email

set mail() function or smtp , all get some result.

your host probably does not allow you to relay mail through your smtp server. the contact form attempts to send the email using the customers email address. most smtp servers will not allow this, even if it is a secure server.

 

you would need to change your code so that all mail is sent from an email address on your domain, or have the host allow mail relay
