Nicky09
Hi, I've installed all, I think ok but the prices are not showing. In the product section the box showing the prices is not clicked and I cannot click it. The status is activated. I'm very new at all this and not at all very technical but need some help please, because if I don't have my prices showing moneybookers wont open my account properly!! Thanks, Nicky
Mike Kranzler
Hi Nicky, First of all, welcome to PrestaShop! In your Back Office, can you please go to Preferences > Products and check to see if your site is currently set in Catalog Mode? I hope this helps. -Mike 2

Thanks, Nicky Hello I'm having the same issue, but I checked the Preferences > Products is set to "No". I tried switching it to "Yes" and saving, but that didn't help, so I switched it back to "No".
