If your installation is compatible, install this module. Disclosure: module is built by me. Install. Go to Modules > Configuration > Multi Block Arbitrary Text Or HTML > Configure. Select 'Header' from 'Block position' drop down. Enter the bidvertiser code inot 'Block body' field. Save. Now the bidvertiser code will appear in the header of all pages.
