Translation problem: I offer a cash reward to who will solve!

I have a problem.

 

All worked ok since today with prestashop 1.3.7. As I make a new translation of a module's phrase or any other translation in the website the stranslation is not applied, and all other old translations are lost! even if translations appears correctly in the translation fields...

I have the same problem.

 

I keep track of my files using a code repository and translate using the files directly to avoid these problem.
