MarcusAT Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 Hi I can't find this information anywhere on the forums or in the prestashop documentation so am checking if anyone knows: In Prestashop 1.4 what is the validity of the referral ? I have activated the 'affiliate space' using the inbuilt module Tracking - Front office v1.0. So now I want to set up an affiliate but have no idea what the terms are. How long will the affiliate be credit for sales? If they click on a link and then make a purchase 2 weeks later, or 6 months later, will it still be credited? What happens if a user clicks on 2 links from different affiliates - will it credit both? If not, who gets credited? What happens if a user has already visited our site, and clicks on an affiliate link, do they still get credited? It seems like a great piece of software, but we can't use it unless we set up agreements with the affiliates - and to do that we need to know what terms it is on.
