Essex Dog Supplies
I get the following errors when people look at any pages under categories with products in. For example, I click on the food category, then adult sub category, then the error message appears. Help much appreciated, website hasn't been active now for a week or so. Mike Kranzler
Hi Essex Dog Supplies, Have you enabled Friendly URL in your Back Office under Preferences > SEO & URLS? -Mike
Essex Dog Supplies
Yes. My web host says that the pages are trying to rewrite themselves or change there urls. Should I turn this option off? I know I changed the pages names for some catergories a couple of weeks ago, so should I go back into everyone and generate the urls again? Mike Kranzler
All of your settings look fine on my end, so in this situation I would recommend that you contact your hosting provider to check if your server has any specific issues or configurations when it comes to handling URL rewriting, as it does not seem to be rewriting your subcategories properly. -Mike
mdj1
HI Mike Dan's friend here, he has his website on my server. I've got the site running on IIS7 and everything else seems to be working except any category with a product in it. http://www.essexdogsupplies.co.uk/38-beds this is a subcategory of bedding it works great. It has no products in it. BUT http://www.essexdogsupplies.co.uk/15-kong this category does and it gives the 500 error, i cant find the logs with the error in! mdj1
There seems to be something wrong with the product display. If I pull up that page on the servers browser it shows me the page with the category header image and a compare button but no products. I just can't get it to display any error messages as its semi working on some browsers but not others.

mdj1
OK, seems the issue is the listorgridswitch mod is not installed. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/141303-free-prestashop-module-products-in-categories-as-list-or-grid-using-jquery/page__hl__listorgridswitch.tpl__fromsearch__1
