placement of modules in the site

can somebody please tell me how i can re-arrannge the modules placement on my site?

eg: the 'TAGS' module is lower left when i want it to be upper right hand column, yet i do not know how to adjust it so i can have the module where i want

another example is Top sellers module listing is middle right hand column but i want to move it somewhere else, how do i do that

i have tried looking on the forum for the answers but have come up with nothing

Thanks for the reply but my version of prestashop does'nt have this option in its modules
my version is ersion 1.0.0.8

As you can see no movement markers to be seen.

any other way to change this ?
