UPS Charging Too Much

I have UPS configured as my option for shipping.

 

I am putting a 1 lb item in my cart, packaging is configured at 1 lb and my zip code is the same as my store location.

 

Shipping is calculating at far too much. What do I need to change in my configuration?

I am not familiar with the PS UPS module too much, but if you need a solution fast, you can look at our UPS module at http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/shipping-modules/50-ups.html

It uses Negotiated (discounted) rates, it works for international orders and has many other great features.
