meksi Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 I have established Prestashop 1.4.1. and imported all customers from my former prestashop site which was 1.2. But if some customer forgets his password and want to get new, the system is not working completly. when the customer enters its email to get reset password link, it is ok. it sends reset link but when they click the link to go to new password window it is giving error as: the email could not sent.. etc. how should I fix this problem? it can send reset link to email box but the reset link is not working. thanks for your help.
