Have you tried creating the long description using the Unordered List button in the text editor window?

Early days my html bar doesn' t appear. Today, the bar appears from nowhere. I don't know why my bar wasn't at the tight place. I use opera browser, maybe that's problem.

I'm not sure why that would have been causing you this issue (I use Chrome, Firefox and IE without ever seeing that), but I see that the issue is now resolved on the link you provided above, so I'll go ahead and mark this thread as solved for you. Happy selling!
