Cart content different from invoice content

Hello.

 

We are few days before going live with our shop, so we did some "order" testing. What happened to one of our test customers is following:

 

1. Customer added 5 products to Cart

2. Customer finished the purchase

3. Customer received email - where in HTML part of EMAIL 5 products are listed with 103€ of price

4. IN same email, customer received .pdf invoice where around 50 products are listed for value of 1.713€

 

When i check the order i see the following:

 

Original cart:

[/left]

Payment method:[/left]

Products 103,00 € Shipping 0,00 € Total 103,00 €

[/left]

While underneath i see 50 products listed (all products are random in random pieces).

 

Now i know i shouldnt always believe customer did not click any of those etc, but since i cannot reproduce the issue, should i be worried on this ?

First go to Customers/ shopping carts and delete all carts.

Go to orders and delete all orders.

Now have a look at your database namely ps_cart and ps_orders.

Under each click on browse at top of screen and delete all info inside.

I have found that deleting these in the back office sometimes leaves info in database.

Then you can click on Operations and reset the #'s under auto_increment.

Then try a few more test orders and see if you still have an issue.
