Mike Kranzler
Hi Moon, Where did you purchase this theme? There are some known issues across the web with Internet Explorer (especially older versions) to the point that Microsoft is working on pushing out a mandatory, automatic update worldwide for those people who haven't upgraded in years for one reason or another. PrestaShop is in the same boat as countless other websites and programs, in that IE only allows a maximum of 30 CSS calls, while most themes have far more than that. You can try to improve this by going to Preferences > Performance in your Back Office and enabling "Use CCC for CSS." Depending on your theme, this may not resolve it for you, in which case the best thing to do would be to contact the original developer directly and ask him what can be altered in order to allow your site to show up better in IE. I hope this helps. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Ahh I see, you had just done some customizations that threw me off the scent . This is something we are aware of and actively working to improve, but as I mentioned, IE's outdated standards make it pretty difficult for just about everyone these days. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi Moon, Using a tool called IETester, I took a look at your site in multiple versions of Internet Explorer. In IE8 and up, your site now looks great now that you've made those changes. In IE7 and below though, you continue to have some of the same issues we've had reported by other users previously as well. As I mentioned above, this is due to the outdated standards in those old versions of Internet Explorer, so while we are trying to develop compatibility methods for those older browsers, we need to be sure that it will not negatively affect the usability or appearance of PrestaShop sites in more modern browsers. So unfortunately, at this point I think you have done everything possible to improve the appearance of you site in IE, but rest assured that we have several members of our team assigned to finding a better solution for those older browsers. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi Moon, I'm not sure of any module that could accomplish this off the top of my head, but it's definitely something worth looking into. Maybe you can post here to try to find someone who can help you create it? -Mike
