Raitis Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 Hi! i have just noticed that when a (SOME) customer registers there account they do not receive the welcome email they also do not receive the order confirmation email after placing an order. The contact us form is working, i also receive the confirmation order email but the customer does not.. please sort this out asap this is a major issue for my customers. i also receive the test mail sent from my BO test email option.
