D-Zs Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 I have an issue with my shipping prices. I have 3 carriers of which 1 is free. The other 2 are GLS and TNT. TNT costs 89,00 KR and is only available from ranges 15 kg - 30 kg. GLS costs 50,00 kr. and is only available from 0 - 15 kg. The default country is set to Denmark and the shipping zones are set to Denmark. However, when I add an item to the shopping cart that weighs 13 kg i get a shipping cost of 139,00 kr. It seems as if the prices from TNT and GLS are put together. If I want to purchase 2 items, thus making the order weigh 26 kg the shipping fee is 267 kr. which is 89,00 kr * 3. I have not set any priceranges in BO because i use weight ranges instead. I have configured the prices for zones on the shipping tab where i choose my carriers from the drop down menu and everything is set correctly. The correct prices should be: GLS 0-15 kg = 50 kr TNT: 15 kg 30 kg. = 89 kr. Adding an item to the cart would show the additional shipping added to your shipping fees. Having said that, I just had a look. I added two items to the cart and the shipping indicated 89.00kr which according to your post, is correct. I have just cleared the cart and tried others but the shipping came to 0.00kr. I also noticed that on your cart, the value 0.00kr shifts over to the left when an item is added, I wonder if you have a theme issue going on. Our customers have the option of retrieving their goods at our store (afhentning) which is free and the logo for this service is our business logo. Can you ellaborate on the cart issue?
