calling block in to templates

hello, i made custom navbar in header.tpl, and im trying to put presta's search box block in it, but i can't figure out how to call it into that template, the only thing thats calling it now is the HOOK_TOP and i want to break it out of that.

you need to create a new hook, e.g. {$HOOK_SEARCH_BOX}, change the php file of the module to be hooked to the new hook, place {$HOOK_SEARCH_BOX} in the header.tpl

Cart, how can I change de php file? Where is it? I'd like to do the same with the Category Block putting it into de top of the site.
