The backoffice used to show me Prestshop upgrade information and now it does not. How can I correct this? Thanks Chel I have selected browse and chosen the word document and clicked submit but not sure where to now see it. I do not think it has attached. Additionally, there's no need to paste it into Word, as that will actually make it more difficult to view. Just click "More Reply Options" below to take advantage of our attachment system with your image. And is this still an issue? agelessamber Posted January 26, 2012 Author Share Posted January 26, 2012 If I do the upgrade then will this resolve this issue ? And how do I get my configuration to that so I can use the automatic upgrade which I used previously? I also have another anomally which does not make sense to me. I use my laptop, running Windows 7 and have printed successfully the delivery notes, when I click on the 'view delivery slip' it used to ask did I want to open or save and I would open and then print. For some reason it only gives me a save option now and if I clicked this nothing happens. However, if I use a different computer which I think is running window xp, it all works fine. So at the moment when I receive an order I have to run to another computer to print the delivery slip off which is pretty frustrating. It is obviously linked with my laptop!
