Errors with contact form Smarty 3

I get the following errors using the contact form,

The form is send properly,

I use smarty 3 when using smarty 2 the problem is gone, but then i get other problems and i want to use smarty 3 , I gues the contact form in the template i use is not completely smarty 3 compatible, but what do i have to change ?
