Can a customer make a payment after an order has been made

Hi,

 

I was wondering if a customer can make a payment after an order has been placed?

 

I am looking to customise PrestaShop so that orders are made by clients but the actual online payment is made at a later date.

 

Does anyone have any experience of guidance on how I could achieve this.

You could create some link in your My Account page near orders which will integrate return link to validate/change order status to payed. That would be a solution for you. You could look on any PayPal or similar module for the last button which sends information to the service and work from there.
