Points instead of money

Hello, i'm in the process of setting up a new store for a big client. I've used prestashop for smaller stores in the past, but this one is pretty big. The catch is, this will be a "Points" based store. Users will be playing a game and winning points. With these points they can come into our store and redeem them for products. Has anyone setup a store this way? or does anyone know of a module for this? I appreciate any feedback or ideas. Thanks in advance.

I think this is a very specif thing, so there are not any modules like that, but I might be wrong.
