Paypal template issues and button glitch

Hi,

 

I have installed the latest paypal module and tried everything etc etc but am at a loss.

 

I would like to lay the submit.php page out better as its all a bit jumbled together but haven't a clue where to look.I have gone to paypal module and found the page but can't find any text, buttons etc to format it. Also on the 2 buttons at the bottom, the green one submits it to paypal with no issues etc but the "Other payment methods"when clicked the link goes here:

and this just shows the page cannot be found error. It looks like it isn't going back far enough or something?

 

Can someone help please?
