Voltrank code

I want to add voltrank vertification code to prestashop. In witch file i should put this code:

First of all, you could say what it is if you want to get help.

 

Secondly, I think this should be added to your footer.tpl, however there is a bit trickier situation, because everything is in Smaty in PrestaShop. So you would need to edit FrontController class and add/associate this to Smarty in order to get what you want.
