Placement of Similar Products Block

Hello. I'm using version 1.4.6.2 with the prestashop_new theme. I would like to put the "Products Category" under the additional info. As it is now, the similar products are above the additional info and I would like that reversed. Hope that makes sense?

You can change block positions in BO-->modules-->positions-->move the module in left block on the left side as you want.

I appreciate your input but you are not addressing my situation. Did you visit the link I included in my post? I'm not sure if you checked out the link to the site or not. The block in question is not in the left column.

 

I understand transplanting and moving modules around and I tried those long before I posted here.

Here is a problem...there are thousands of people reading this forum and no one has any idea about how to help? Call me spoiled but this is exactly why I hate forums. In my opinion it is a way for developers etc to wash their hands of assisting those who need it and hoping that someone else will do their job for them...as I said in my opinion.
