profo
I have installed the 1.4.6.2 and it's worked well, but after when I have updated the products and features the Product Comparison stopped to work: "There is no product in the comparator" says but if I want to check a product to compare get a message the max. number of product had been chosen. Is there any adjustment or reset possibility for this function?
tdr170
Under preferences/ products you will find aplace to change number of items for comparison. If that does not work try going to modules/ front office features and reset the products block.
profo
I have restarted all of the active modules but nothing changed. Thank you anyway.
El Patron
I had the same exact problem and opened a bug report on it. Then it magically fixed itself on all my ps shops. Now I see it's driving you crazy. Try clearing your cache/cookies on all your browsers, then force .tpl compile and turn off cahce in your back office. Try it and see if it starts working. I spent hours on this, and ps team looked at it...but it just started working without any indication of why it stopped. Note: i even tried (when it was happening) the ps demo, same thing. Weird! profo
Thank you the idea Elpatron! I've used the CCleaner to kill the temp files and cookies and the comparison works well again.
