Can someone send me a tutorial or give me some pointers on how to add a google translate code to the header of the prestashop themes or how to integrate the google translate module with this template for the site http://hawaiianfishhooknecklace.com/store/

Hi Aaron,

As we just discussed over the phone, this appears to be an issue specific to your Template Monster theme, as everything works fine on your default theme for version 1.3.1.
