Adding a new option in the backoffice

Hy there
First off all, I would like to thank you to Presta Team for all that hard work, for releasing this Shop!
I would like to ask you guys, who could help me...
In the backoffice, under the ORDERS main category, I would like to implement a new link...something like
Add New Order, which should appear before the list with all my orders.
When I access this new Link, it should point to the page where the receipts are, and there I would like to make a combo...where I would like to have a list with all my customers Names and E-mail-Adresses.

So, could someone tell me, where in the php code, can I find this place, to make this new Link, and where should this link be pointed?
I attached a picture too, and I marked the place with blue.
