Which max_execution_time and memory_limit values are recommended?

(re)Rendering my images in Prestashop gives a server time out message. Normaly very fast within 30 seconds.

 

My host is willing to change the max_execution_time and memory_limit in the php.ini.

But is asking me what values i was thinking of.

 

I’m using shared hosing to it should be gentle but functional. What values are good it a small shop wit around 400 products and growing to 600 I think.
