LL730
Hello, we ship from 2 countries. Products x, y, z ship from Country C1 where we use carriers/Shipping companies S1, S2 and S3 Products a, b, c ship from Country 2 where we use carriers/Shipping companies S4, S5 and S6 Obviously we currently can set this up for Country C1. How can we set up Country C2? We would like clients from C1 to get offered only carriers S1, S2 and S3. Same for clients from country C2 with carriers S4, S5 and S6. So we cannot just have all carriers listed for each product. I hope it is not too confusing! Thanks for your help!
Richard S
You can specify zones/countries to which carriers can send, so if you remove some countries from carrier's countries list people that are registered with this address will not see that carrier. LL730
The carriers can ship anywhere. So this is not the issue of where the carriers ship or where the clients are. This is about having some products in one country. And other products in another country. And each country having their own carriers/shipping fees. So basically, I need on the product page in the backoffice to add this piece of information: country C1 or C2. Then when a client selects a product, they can see the carriers from the country where the product is stored. I know t is confusing but the point is, we have 2 warehouses in 2 countries, with different products in each warehouse. The criteria of where a products ships from is the country where it is stored (not the client nor anything else). Thanks
Richard S
Hm.. as I understand you need to get carrier list for order by products additionally to customers living place (country), am I right. I think there is no default functionality in PrestaShop to do this and you might try to search for a module, but I could bet that this problem is not very often. LL730
Yes, I think there is no module.
