Brecht
Hey guys (and girls), I just about finished (is that ever possible) my first prestashop website. I hope some of you could review it for me. I myself find it loading a bit too slow. If anyone could advise me on what might be slowing it down... CraigMeade
It is slow isn't it. The animated home image would be contributing to that, but it hung for a while before going to a new page as well, so that's not the only issue. Have you got the C,C and C turned on under the performance tab?
Rabatkoder
I would give the shop a background color to "split" the design And let the body background stay grey.
Brecht
It is slow isn't it. The animated home image would be contributing to that, but it hung for a while before going to a new page as well, so that's not the only issue. Have you got the C,C and C turned on under the performance tab? I got CCC activated, and generated an .htaccess file. I was thinking of removing the animated images, but since it does hang on pretty much any page, I thought that there might be another reason why it's slow... I would give the shop a background color to "split" the design And let the body background stay grey. It might seem a little plain I guess, but i halted on doing design work, untill i got the slow loading time fixed. Any suggestions for another background image/color ?
