Looking for a shipping module that does a specific thing...

I need to find a module, since apparently PrestaShop can't do it natively, that will let me arrange shipping like this:

 

Each item has a fixed shipping price. Each additional item is $1 more in shipping. The fixed prices are all different depending on the part, and the most expensive shipping one is the one that is paid in full--all additional parts are just $1 more in shipping.

 

In addition, for international orders, I need people to choose between priority mail and express mail (we only ship USPS). I can't have international orders come in that didn't choose an international shipping option. (These two options are also flat rate and not based on weight or price or anything like that.)

 

Does anyone know of a module that would help? I'm afraid if I can't find such a module I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board and scrap PrestaShop and find something that works for my needs.

I have not seen any module with your functionality. However, your second problem could be suppressed by setting right countries for international shipping. For example, you can show only foreign countries for specific shipping ways. Then users living in foreign countries will not see other native shipping ways they will be forced to choose the ones you need.
