motoxflyr
Seems like this has to be something simple - I have another shop with very similar configuration that works perfectly. Log in, add to cart, view cart, my account, etc. all go to 'page not found'. These targets are order.php and my-account.php. I've tried replacing these, but no luck. Makes me think there's something else - Any ideas?
Mike Kranzler
Hi motoxflyr, Have you enabled Friendly URLs already? And if so, can you please go to Tools > Generators, regenerate your htaccess and let me know if that works for you? -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Can you please try temporarily switching back to the default theme so that we can determine whether or not this may be an issue related to your current theme? -Mike
motoxflyr
Default theme - Thought of that too, maybe I missed something, though.

motoxflyr
Here you go - I checked against my other (working) store, they are the same.
Mike Kranzler
Can you please make sure the rewrite_module is enabled on your server? -Mike
motoxflyr
Both of my sites are on GoDaddy servers. My understanding is that rewrite is the default state on their servers. Other than that - how would I check to be sure?

motoxflyr
Call confirms that mod_rewrite is enabled. The rep suggested creating a phpinfo file - what would that tell me?
Mike Kranzler
It will tell you many different things. To simplify it for you, I've attached the file you'll want to use. Just drag it into the root of your site via FTP, and then go to [yoursite].com/phpinfo.php to see it. Additionally, this will help your rep identify any potential issues as well. phpinfo.php -Mike
motoxflyr
ok - anything come to your mind that may be the issue here? His only other thought was to check the php.ini. The php info shows the /web/conf/php5.ini file loaded. I notice that on my primary computer, there is an item in the cart - since I can no longer place anything into the cart, makes me think that something has changed (though all I've been doing is adding product).
