Email Report not send / warning code

Hello, I am beginner in PrestaShop. I have problems with Email Reports.

I receive messages from Contact form and an empty message when new order is placed (thats ok)

But I dont receive:

Order Status is changed

Customer emails for new registration, forg. password etc.

All report messages that I and my customers must receive.

 

 

Server information

 

Prestashop Version: 1.4.6.2

Server information: Windows NT build 7601 i586

Server software Version: Microsoft-IIS/7.5

PHP Version: 5.2.13

MySQL Version: 5.0.45-community-nt

And did every step in it but still nothing.

There is a warning code:
