The Form will include some empty fields which needs to be fill up by the customer and a quote will be given by already given values. Is there anyone who can assist me with this? Does the customer choose from pre-defined answers, via radio buttons of a drop down selection? 2) BAsed on the customers response, the module needs to calculate a price. What are the rules that drives that calculation? How should the module present the quote? In page, via email etc... 3) Does the module need to store the customers answers?
