Applying fixes from svn for base ps releases

Is there a easy way to find out what critical updates one should apply to their prestashop base?

 

For example, 1.4.6.2 release, I've applied fixes from bug tracker for problems that I've discovered. But what about the ones I have not discovered?

 

So my question is how does one know or find all fixes that should be applied to their base prestashop?
