[Solved] Right access-Moduls Translation

Hi,
Excuse me, but after a long time of test, I can't modify and add any new translation for moduls
in the administration panel / tools / translation / Front office translation...
The right acces in the server are checked (according to the installtion process).
=>For what, a lot of translation in french for basic modul are not available ?
=>I need to update the translation database for get all the translation ?
Version installed : 1.1.0.5
