craig_treble99 Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me, I work for an agency who previously used prestashop for their clients. We have had 3 customers come back recently all complaining about the same issue and that is that the categories block has gone missing and when you click 'Add to Cart' the animation plays, but the cart doesn't update. I have tried some soloutions that I have seen on the forums... A few things to note are: - There is no mention of the categories block in the html (it doesn't have display:none attached, it's just not there) - Links to jquery are on the local server and I have triple checked that they are correct - I have tried deleting the files in the smarty compile folder - I have tried re adding the category block to the left coloumn and top of the page - I have tried uninstalling the Quick search module The version they are built on are 1.2 - I am a little aprehensive about trying an upgrade in case there has been customisation made to the site (I cannot get in touch with the original developers and it is not documented). craig_treble99 Posted January 18, 2012 Author Share Posted January 18, 2012 Hi, Thanks for the reply one of the sites is www.fairlytrading.com - we think it may be a problem with upgrading things, and adding modules to their server.
